Medical & Aged Care Group (MACG) is seeking an experienced and proactive Manager Infrastructure, Strategy & Service Delivery to lead our maintenance, infrastructure, capital projects and property operations functions across our portfolio of aged care homes throughout South East Victoria.

Reporting directly to the General Manager – Support Services and working closely with the Executive Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our homes remain safe, compliant, well maintained and welcoming environments for residents, families and staff.

About the Role:
As Manager Infrastructure, Strategy & Service Delivery, you will lead maintenance, infrastructure and property operations across MACG's residential aged care portfolio.
You will lead skilled trade professionals, project teams and contractors, overseeing the delivery of both small and large-scale capital improvement projects while driving preventative maintenance and asset management programs across multiple sites.
Working within the highly regulated aged care sector, you will ensure our homes remain safe, compliant and maintained to a high standard, while contributing to strategic planning, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead maintenance and property operations across multiple sites

Develop and implement maintenance and infrastructure project strategy.

Manage preventative maintenance and asset management programs

Oversee refurbishment and capital improvement projects

Lead maintenance teams and contractor performance

Conduct site inspections and identify improvement opportunities

Ensure compliance with WHS, building regulations and aged care requirements

Manage maintenance budgets and cost controls

Build strong relationships with Home Managers and operational leaders

Monitor KPI performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives

About You:

Experience in facilities, property, maintenance or infrastructure management

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Sound understanding of maintenance operations and compliance requirements

Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple locations

Trade qualification (Carpentry, Building or similar) (Highly Regarded)

Project management experience (Highly Regarded)

Experience within aged care, healthcare or similar environments (Highly Regarded)

Multi site facilities or property management experience (Highly Regarded)
