Support Worker, Cooktown
Temporary Full-Time until 29 June 2027 (with possibility of extension)

About the role

The Community Care Program Support Worker will work closely with the Community Care Program Coordinator to provide support for the clients of the Community Care Program of the Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service (TCHHS).
