Management Accountant & Registered BAS Agent

We are a growing small business seeking a fully qualified Management Accountant to lead our finance function. This is an autonomous, unassisted role perfect for a professional who wants to treat a business as their own. For the right person, we are offering a genuine pathway to equity and business buy-in.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and strategic reporting.
- End-to-end processing of payroll and managing HR administrative duties.
- Registered BAS Agent services: Managing all BAS, GST, and tax regulatory compliance.
- Cash flow management, budgeting, and providing insights for growth.
Requirements
- Professional Qualification: CPA, CA, or IPA membership.
- Licensing: Must be a Registered BAS Agent with the Tax Practitioners Board.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar management accounting or senior bookkeeping role.
- Autonomy: Proven ability to work unassisted and meet all statutory deadlines.
- Culture: A long-term mindset with the ambition to become a business partner.
