Please note: This is not a standard Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm office position. Following the initial training period, you will work a rotating roster that may include early morning, evening and weekend shifts to support our operational requirements.
FSR Group Services is a South Australian owned and operated security company based at Mawson Lakes.
We are seeking a reliable, organised and proactive Admin Support / Operations Assistant to join our growing team. This role combines general administration with operational support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
While the role includes routine administrative tasks, it also involves supporting time-sensitive security operations. The successful applicant will be able to think quickly, prioritise competing tasks and remain calm under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Role Overview
Working alongside our operations team, you will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
This role requires a confident individual to communicate with staff and clients face to face and over the phone on behalf of the company.
The role involves a combination of scheduling, compliance, customer service, management of inbound call flow. and office administration, while also assisting with urgent operational requests as they arise. Strong organisation, communication and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are essential.
*Hours & Availability - Must have requirement*
- Training period: Monday to Friday roster to support onboarding and training.
- Once trained: Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday. Shifts may commence as early as 6:00am and finish as late as 8:00pm. (approx 8-hour shifts).
- Weekend work is required on a rotating basis as part of the roster.
- Flexibility to work all shifts (morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts) on a rotating basis is mandatory for the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with staff scheduling and roster changes
- Answering inbound calls and directing enquiries
- Coordinating operational requests and communicating with field staff
- Performing general administrative duties including data entry, filing and record management
- Maintaining employee compliance records including licences, inductions and training
- Assisting with operational reporting and day-to-day workflow coordination
- Supporting fleet administration, inspections and maintenance reminders
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining stock levels
- Providing general support to the management and operations team
- Responding to changing operational priorities and assisting with time-sensitive tasks as required
About You
You are organised, dependable and enjoy working in an environment where priorities can change throughout the day. You can confidently manage routine administration while also making sound decisions and responding efficiently when urgent operational matters arise.
You will ideally have:
- At least 6 months' administration experience or transferrable experience from suitable roles.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and Teams)
- The ability to learn multiple varying operational platforms.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to think on your feet, prioritise competing tasks and remain composed under pressure
- A valid Australian work visa
- Applicant must have an applicable drivers licence to drive a company vehicle from time to time
- Applicant must be available for the hours listed
- Applicant must have full working rights for a full-time roster.

Pay: $29.45 – $35.00 per hour
