We are a leading manufacturer of quality, value-added cleaning chemicals with a social conscience and a growing national presence (offices and warehousing in NSW, QLD & VIC). Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and self-motivated Customer Support Office to join our team on a full-time basis.
About the Role
As the Customer Support Officer at Clean Plus Chemicals, you will assist in processing incoming sales orders, coordinating deliveries and pickups with customers and multi-tasking across other operational duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing incoming sales orders.
- Answer, screen and direct incoming phone calls and emails to relevant departments.
- Assist dispatch team with deliveries and pickups.
- Help maintain a welcoming, organised and pleasant office environment.
- Provide general administrative support to operations and office teams
- Assist customer service team in maintaining accurate records, databases and filing
systems.
Skills and Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and general office systems
- High attention to detail and reliability
- Previous work experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Familiarity with Bartender and MYOB software is a plus but not required.
