The Opportunity

KOR is on the lookout for a skilled and passionate Service Technician/Mechanic to join our growing and high-performing Operations Team. It's a great permanent career opportunity where you will receive ongoing professional support, hands-on training, and career development to help you become a true expert in your field. You will be working in a supportive, respectful, and dynamic environment, reporting to the Team Leader – Technicians (NSW).

Core Responsibilities of the role:

Undertake Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and Electrical diagnosis;
Complete major and minor services, and machinery overhauls;
Assist the manufacturing and pre-delivery teams where required;
Complete maintenance and component replacements, and rebuilds; and
Expand and maintain customer relationships.
On-call, field service, and interstate work may be required from time to time.

Successful candidates will have:

A Certificate III in a related trade discipline;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Prior experience in breakdown and diagnostic repairs;
Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
A strong awareness and adherence to Work Health and Safety standards and maintaining a safe workplace;
Self-motivation and ability to work independently as required; and
Prior experience in high-pressure water and vacuum pumps (advantageous).

Mandatory Requirements:

To be eligible to work at KOR, you must have full working rights in Australia with no restrictions.
