The primary focus of this role is to deliver comprehensive general handyman support while overseeing the coordination of all maintenance and operational works across the Darwin Convention Centre. This includes ensuring the facility remains safe, functional, and presentable at all times, managing day‑to‑day repair tasks, and acting as the central point of contact for scheduling, supervising, and following up on all reactive, planned, and subcontracted works.
- 5+ years in a Coordinator/Trade role
- Site coordination essential
- Proven administrative skills
- Computer competencies including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Co-ordinates with staff in all areas to meet output needs and deadlines.
