Are you ready to make a difference and ignite young minds? At Explorers Wallan, our Educators are the heart of our mission, and we're looking for exceptional Casual Educators to join our team.
As one of our newest and most beautiful built centres, Explorers Wallan offers a warm, welcoming environment where children, families and educators can thrive together.
Please note, in order to join our casual team we require you to be available to work a minimum of three full days per week, with flexibility to work across all shifts.

As a Casual Educator with us, you will:
Deliver Excellence
Inspire children through our high-quality, Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum.

Form meaningful relationships with children and families, becoming a trusted partner in their early learning journey.
Celebrate Milestones
Share in the joy of children's growth, development and achievements.
Foster Wonder
Create a safe, nurturing environment where creativity, curiosity and confidence can flourish.
Your Ideal Qualities

Minimum two years' experience in an Educator position.
ACECQA-approved qualification.
Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
Commitment to child safety and wellbeing.
Valid First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Training.
Current Working with Children Check.
Completion of Mandatory Reporting and National Child Safety Training.
Availability to work a minimum of three full days per week, with flexibility to work across all shifts.
