Barista / All-Rounder

About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Barista / All-Rounder to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced café environment, have a positive attitude, and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality coffee and other hot and cold beverages.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Take customer orders and operate the POS/cash register.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation.
- Keep the café clean, organised, and well-stocked.
- Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support the team with opening and closing duties.
- Help with general café operations as required.
About You
- Previous barista or café experience is preferred.
- Ability to produce consistently great coffee.
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
- Able to work efficiently in a busy team environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong communication skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
