Every fridge tells a story. This one is ours – and it’s getting bigger.
Chobani Australia was formed in 2011 following the acquisition of Gippsland Dairy, alongside the Chobani brand. Guided by our belief that food can be a force for good – and our purpose, Good Food For All – we make Chobani and Gippsland Dairy yogurt in Dandenong South, focusing on food that’s delicious, nutritious, natural and accessible.
We’re building the next chapter of growth – investing in major site upgrades and new capability to meet demand and deliver on our aspiration: in every fridge, everywhere, every day.
Chobani is a place for people who like pace and ownership. We keep standards high, back people to stretch, and hire for attitude – if you set goals, deliver, learn fast and keep raising the bar, you’ll feel right at home here.
The Opportunity
We're looking for an energetic, people-focused Receptionist/Office Coordinator to become the face and heartbeat of our site. Whether its welcoming visitors, coordinating catering services, ensuring contractor inductions are completed, coordinating meetings and events, or jumping in to solve unexpected issues, you'll play a key role in creating positive experiences for everyone who walks through our doors.
Reporting to the Office & Facilities Manager, you'll work closely with teams across the business, supporting the day-to-day operations of the site to help create an environment where people can do their best work.
This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and likes being the person others rely on to get things done. You'll have the opportunity to build relationships across the business, solve problems as they arise and make a genuine impact on the experience people have when they visit or work at our site.
Whether you've built your skills in hospitality, retail, customer service, reception or office coordination coupled with administrative responsibilities, this could be a great opportunity to bring those strengths into a dynamic office environment.
You'll spend your time:
- Welcoming visitors and supporting employees
- Managing reception, enquiries and deliveries
- Supporting office administration and site operations
- Coordinating meetings, events, catering and workplace services
Helping create a positive workplace experience by keeping meeting rooms, kitchen areas, coffee stations and shared spaces organised, well-maintained, stocked, and ready for use

This is a permanent, part-time, office-based role, working onsite 5 days per week. You'll work full days on our core office days (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday), with flexibility around start and finish times on the remaining two days.
Although based at reception, you'll rarely be behind the desk for long. You'll spend your day moving across the site, supporting employees and visitors, coordinating workplace activities, setting up meeting spaces, maintaining shared amenities and helping ensure everything runs smoothly.
It's a hands-on role that suits someone who enjoys being active, interacting with people and making a visible contribution to the workplace experience.
About You
You're someone who notices the little things and takes ownership of making sure they're done well.
