Full Job Description

Join Soultrain — Sydney’s Hybrid Performance Training Centre for HYROX Athletes

We’re looking for an energetic, passionate female coach to join the Soultrain coaching team and help lead high-energy group training sessions across strength, conditioning, and HYROX-focused performance training.

This role is for someone who genuinely lives and breathes health, fitness, and community — someone who can light up a room at 5:00am and create an experience people want to come back to.

If you love coaching people, building connection, and helping everyday athletes perform at their best, we’d love to hear from you.

THE ROLE

You’ll be coaching:

Strength & Conditioning sessions
HYROX-style conditioning classes
Group performance training
Potential running and endurance sessions (depending on experience)

You’ll work closely with the Soultrain team to help deliver:

world-class coaching,
elite class energy,
strong member connection,
and engaging performance-focused content.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Essential Qualities

Friendly, energetic, and confident
Reliable and highly punctual
Early morning availability
Strong communicator
Positive team player
Passionate about health, fitness, and performance
Comfortable coaching groups in a high-energy environment

Experience

Strength & Conditioning coaching experience (or willingness to learn)
HIIT / group fitness coaching experience
Ability to motivate and lead a room
Strong presence and coaching voice

Ideal Bonus Experience

HYROX experience (competed or keen to compete)
Loves running
Running coaching experience
Endurance coaching experience
Experience training hybrid athletes
Strong Instagram presence and personal brand
Comfortable creating engaging fitness content
Ability to film reels, stories, training content, and community-focused social media
Confident on camera
Cert III & IV in Fitness (preferred)
