ABOUT THE ROLE
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Student Recruitment Officer to join our Marketing & Recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities
The role contributes to identifying market opportunities and supporting the development, coordination, and implementation of strategies for pricing, promotion, and student recruitment across domestic and international markets. Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively engage and maintain strong working relationships with onshore education agents and following up on prospective student leads.
- Identify trends in student enquiries and agent activity to support market insights and inform recruitment and promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with senior team members with the development and execution of student recruitment plans.
- Develop pricing and course packaging, alongside with senior team members, and maintain up-to-date knowledge course durations, and qualification structures.
- Coordinate and manage all enquiry channels (walk-ins, CRM, chat platforms, and social media), ensuring timely follow-up to optimise conversion outcomes.
- Monitor enquiry patterns across channels (HubSpot, social media) and provide feedback to support continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness and student engagement.
- Collaborate with senior team members with the implementation of marketing and communication strategies, including campaigns, digital engagement, and promotional activities.
- Evaluate marketing initiatives by monitoring response rates, enquiry volumes, and conversion indicators.
- Engage with prospective students and agents to promote Stanley College courses, providing accurate information on entry requirements, course outcomes, and study pathways.
- Actively promote brand presence and student acquisition by supporting events, exhibitions, and social media engagement activities.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with admission requirements, regulatory requirements (TEQSA/ASQA) and visa/GTE considerations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM, including student enquiries, agent interactions, and recruitment activity data.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Experience in student recruitment, sales, marketing, customer service, or a similar role (education sector preferred)
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences
- Demonstrated understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, campaign execution, and customer journey management
- Experience supporting or implementing marketing campaigns across digital channels (e.g. social media, email, CRM-driven campaigns)
- Ability to analyse marketing and recruitment data (e.g. enquiry trends, campaign performance) to improve conversion outcomes
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital engagement platforms
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail, particularly in data management and compliance-related processes
- Knowledge of international student recruitment, visa/GTE requirements, or education pathways (desirable)
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a strong interest in marketing and student engagement
