Chef de Partie – Eating House Rowville

Full-Time / Part-Time | Rowville, VIC

Eating House Rowville is a modern, family-run brasserie established in 2004. We’re known for warm hospitality, generous food, and being the place “where food brings family & friends together.” We’re growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

About the Role

As a Chef de Partie, you will run your section with confidence, maintain high standards, and work closely with our Head Chef to deliver consistent, quality dishes. You'll be part of a supportive, fast-paced kitchen that values teamwork, respect, and pride in the food we serve.

What You’ll Do

Run your station efficiently during service
Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation standards
Follow kitchen procedures, food safety, and cleaning schedules
Support junior staff and collaborate with the wider BOH team
Help with stock rotation, prep lists, and daily service readiness
Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-focused culture

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy restaurant
Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety
Ability to work cleanly, calmly, and efficiently
Reliability, professionalism, and a genuine love of cooking
Availability across nights and weekends
A team player who wants to grow with a stable, family-driven venue
