At Silk Laundry, we believe retail is about connection, service, and long-term relationships.

We are seeking a mature, experienced Casual Client Stylist to join our Gold Coast boutique in Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, someone who brings confidence, warmth, and a strong understanding of client-focused selling.

This is an opportunity to be part of a considered, elevated retail environment, working with a loyal and growing client base.

About the Role

As a Client Experience Stylist, you will play a key role in delivering a high-touch, personalised client experience, while contributing to the store's commercial success.

Build genuine, long-term relationships with clients by owning your VIP base.
Deliver thoughtful, personalised styling experiences.
Support clienteling and new customer acquisition through local community activations.
Consistently contribute to sales performance through key retail metrics (ATV, conversion, units per sale)
Take ownership of individual sales results and client retention.
Assist with in-store events, appointments, and brand moments.
Contribute to a strong, collaborative and high-performing team environment.

About You

Previous experience in premium or luxury retail, real estate, marketing, styling, or client-facing environments.
A natural ability to connect with clients and build trust.
Confidence working with a premium, often mature and affluent customer base.
Sales and KPI-driven, with a clear understanding of how to deliver results.
Comfortable being accountable to individual and store performance.
Polished, professional, and detail-oriented.
A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
