Full Job Description

We're hiring a General or Clinical Psychologist on the Gold Coast — for someone who's ready to love what they do again.

A lot of psychologists feel stretched thin: high caseloads, heavy admin, and systems that don't quite support them. That's exactly what we set out to change at Drop of Life.

We're a well-established, warm, values-driven practice in Burleigh Heads, and we're growing our team. This isn't a practice focused on rushing through appointments. We're built around quality, sustainability, and genuinely enjoying the work we do.

The role

You'll provide evidence-based psychological therapy to adults, adolescents and, if desired, children, depending on your interests and experience. We encourage psychologists to build a caseload that aligns with their clinical strengths and passions, allowing you to develop meaningful therapeutic relationships while working alongside a collaborative and supportive multidisciplinary team.
