Full-Time Salon Coordinator / Host

She Loves Pink is looking for a full-time Salon Coordinator to become the heart of our salon.
We are seeking someone who is organised, reliable, proactive, and genuinely loves looking after people. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in ensuring the salon runs smoothly every day.
This is more than a receptionist role — we’re looking for someone who can coordinate bookings, support our team, create content, and help deliver the exceptional experience that She Loves Pink is known for.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing all salon bookings and appointment coordination
- Coordinating staff schedules and daily salon operations
- Welcoming clients and providing exceptional customer service
- Answering phone calls, emails, and social media enquiries
- Taking payments and processing transactions accurately
- Preparing refreshments for clients
- Ensuring every client feels comfortable, welcomed, and cared for throughout their visit
- Assisting therapists and technicians when required
- Opening and closing the salon
- Maintaining the presentation, cleanliness, and organisation of the salon
- Sterilising tools and maintaining hygiene standards
- Folding towels and assisting with general salon duties
- Managing stock levels and conducting stock takes
- Taking photos and videos of treatments and client results
- Creating and editing content for social media
- Ensuring every client leaves happy, confident, and excited to return
