About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Full-Time Chef to join our team in Collie WA . In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals that deliver an outstanding dining experience for our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

Preparing and cooking a wide range of dishes from our menu to the highest standards
Ensuring all food preparation and cooking tasks are completed efficiently and consistently
Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
Assisting with menu planning and development when required
Delivering excellent customer service and responding to special requests promptly
Adhering to all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
Producing high-quality food at all times with strong attention to detail
Demonstrating a hands-on work ethic, can-do attitude, and the ability to multitask
Managing competing demands and performing well under pressure – strong time management is essential
Ensuring smooth and organised kitchen operations during service
Maintaining clear communication with the front-of-house team
Being honest, reliable, positive, and dedicated to service excellence
Working autonomously as well as part of a team

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Chef, ideally within the Hospitality & Tourism industry
Certificate or Diploma in Commercial Cookery or Kitchen Management
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Chef
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Passion for high-quality food and presentation
Strong communication and customer service skills
Food safety and hygiene certification
A positive, professional attitude and solid work ethic
Customer-focused mindset
