$28.31 base hourly pay rate + penalty rates (including on weekends, public holidays, and late nights).

Additional Information:

These roles are:

o 1 - Permanent Part-time, 40hrs/fortnight
o 1 - Permanent Part-time, 50hrs/fortnight

Applications close Friday 5 June 2026
You must be available to work shifts between 6am and 10pm, Monday through Sunday.
Roster includes a mix of day/evening shifts and availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends per month (both Saturday and Sunday)

Team vision ( title) About this work area

Team vision (text) As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker, you will:

Pick, pack, and check products for in-store and online customer orders, meeting set KPIs.
Hand out Click & Collect orders, organise deliveries, and resolve order-related issues.
Contribute to goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment and stock control.
Follow IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to keep customers and co-workers safe.
Operate forklifts and other equipment to complete fulfilment tasks.
Manage stock storage, retrieval, replenishment, and internal transport within the warehouse.
Support the wider fulfilment team with tasks such as Click & Collect handouts.
