Position Overview:
In this role, you’ll support day-to-day office tasks and play a key part in keeping everything on track. You don’t need years of experience – if you’re switched-on, organised, and eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing paperwork for orders, invoices, and supplier statements
- Performing accurate data entry into our systems
- Following up with suppliers to resolve any issues
- Providing general admin support to the team
- Assisting our branch network when required
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Detail-oriented and organised
- Comfortable working independently and juggling multiple tasks
- A clear communicator, both written and verbal
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in an office or admin role is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person
