The Opportunity
At Zap Fitness, fitness is about discovery - helping people find their path, push their limits and build habits that last.
As a Membership Services Representative, you’ll be the face of that experience in your club.
You’ll create a welcoming, high-quality experience for every member interaction, building strong relationships, supporting members with their enquiries, and helping them stay motivated on their fitness journey. Your ability to connect with people will play a key role in helping members start their fitness journey with Zap, feel confident, supported, and excited to keep showing up.
This role blends sales, service and operational support, requiring someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes pride in delivering premium service at every touchpoint.
Because when members feel welcomed, supported and valued, showing up for their fitness goals becomes the easiest decision they make all day.
This is a part-time role of 27 hours per week.
The right candidate will have:
Demonstrated experience and success in a fast-paced premium customer service role
Interest and passion for health and fitness
Intermediate computer skills
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
Ability to perform in an autonomous environment
Be available to work Saturdays and some days during the week
Previous sales experience is desirable
