About the opportunity
Play a key role in setting construction projects up for success by delivering precise, high-quality estimates and documentation. You’ll work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure every job is accurate, consistent, and ready for construction. More specifically, you will:
- Analyse plans and contract documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Complete detailed material, labour, and plant take-offs
- Coordinate and manage documentation amendments prior to construction
- Issue and manage purchase orders in line with supplier agreements
- Review supplier quotes to ensure full project scope is covered
- Process ETS invoices and manage cost reconciliation
- Maintain project records and documentation across systems
- Support quality control by reviewing team outputs and managing variations
About you
You will share a passion for our purpose to be Australia’s number one residential builder and be aligned to our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate:
- A minimum of 2 years estimating experience in a similar role and industry
- Understanding of Building Code of Australia and BASIX
- Exceptional computer skills with a medium to advanced knowledge of Excel
- Strong ability to read and interpret plans and technical documentation
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Sound understanding of building processes, materials, and costings
