About the role
Box Hill Hospital and Angliss Hospital have in excess of 2,300 deliveries per year at each campus and in excess of 10 operating lists per week. The Senior Registrars would have extensive experience in wide aspects of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and be expected to take an active role in the departmental leadership, supervision and education.

Doctors accepting these positions are expected to participate in the weekend and night duty roster and may be required to take some sessions at other than their main site.
The positions for senior registrars on offer for 2027 are as follows.
Position 1. Chief Senior Registrar based at Box Hill Hospital. 12 month appointment. Full time.
Position 2. Chief Senior Registrar based at Angliss Hospital. 12 month appointment. Full time.
Position 3. Senior Registrar: 6 months Box Hill Hospital, 6 months Angliss Hospital.
Position 4. Senior Registrar: 6 months Box Hill Hospital, 6 months Angliss Hospital.
Position 5. Senior Registrar: 6 months Angliss Hospital, 6 months Box Hill Hospital.
Position 6. Senior Registrar: 6 months Angliss Hospital, 6 months Box Hill Hospital.
Position 7: Senior Registrar: 6 months Angliss Hospital, 6 months Box Hill Hospital.
About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
Current registration with AHPRA (Note Limited Registration is not eligible)
Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
A strong commitment to high quality care
The ability to work as part of a diverse team
Excellent communication and organisational skills
