We are seeking a qualified Remedial and/or Structural Engineer to join our growing team. This role involves conducting site inspections, preparing technical reports and remedial designs, and overseeing the delivery of rectification works across a variety of building projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed site inspections and investigations of building façades, waterproofing, and structural elements
- Prepare defect reports, scopes of work, remedial design documentation, and technical specifications
- Preparation of F3P1 Reports
- Liaise with strata managers, contractors, builders, and clients
- Monitor and supervise rectification works to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards
- Assist with tender evaluations and contract administration
- Maintain accurate project documentation and correspondence
- Stay up to date with relevant building codes, standards, and best practices
- Support the continuous improvement of internal processes and technical systems
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related field)
- Relevant experience in remedial, structural, or façade engineering
- Solid understanding of Australian Building Codes, Standards, and industry regulations
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with keen attention to detail
- RPEQ, CPEng, or working towards chartership is highly regarded
- Current driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites
Desirable
- Experience with façade assessments, rope access inspections, or drone usage
- Familiarity with strata processes, defect liability periods, and litigation support
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or structural analysis software

Pay: $80,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
