Key Responsibilities:
Subcontract Coordination & Administration
- Coordinate subcontractor engagement activities in line with procurement and project requirements.
- Support the preparation, issue, and administration of subcontract agreements, purchase orders, scopes of work, and related documentation.
- Monitor subcontractor performance against agreed deliverables, timelines, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain accurate subcontract and supplier records, documentation, and reporting.
Supplier & Stakeholder Management
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Act as a central point of contact for subcontract-related matters within the business.
- Liaise with Engineering, Quality, Production, Project Management, and Operations teams to ensure alignment of subcontracted works with business requirements.
- Assist with Supplier onboarding
- Provide support with the estimating process
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure subcontracted works comply with company quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate the collection and review of required compliance documentation, certifications, and quality records from subcontractors.
- Support supplier audits, inspections, and corrective action activities where required.
- Ensure subcontractors operate in accordance with relevant safety, regulatory, and company compliance requirements.
- Assess, manage Risk report and action as required
Procurement & Commercial Support
- Assist with sourcing and evaluation of subcontract suppliers in conjunction with Procurement.
- Support cost control initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvement and supplier performance enhancement.
- Monitor subcontract variations, delivery risks, and potential commercial impacts.
Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of subcontract management processes, systems, and controls.
- Support the development of standard operating procedures and best practice procurement activities.

Skills and Experiences:
Required skills, experience and qualifications:
- Relevant qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
- Experience working within quality-controlled or regulated environments highly regarded.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings/ CAD
- Precision Machining experience
