Achieve Something Great
Ready to take your pharmacy career to the next level? At SWSLHD, we’re looking for a passionate Pharmacy Technician who wants to make a real impact every single day. Join a dynamic team that’s driven by innovation, powered by collaboration, and united by a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. Here, you won’t just support pharmacy services — you’ll help shape them. From managing critical medication supplies to supporting dispensary operations and using advanced pharmacy software, you’ll be right at the centre of fast‑paced, meaningful work. You’ll grow your skills through quality improvement projects and ongoing education, all while working alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team that values your voice, your ideas, and your dedication. If you’re looking for a workplace that invests in you and empowers you to make a difference, SWSLHD is where you belong.
Are You the Right Fit?
This is your chance to step into a role where your precision, calm under pressure, and commitment to patient‑centred care truly shine. We’re searching for a proactive, detail‑driven Pharmacy Technician who thrives in a busy hospital environment and brings energy to every shift. You’ll be confident across key hospital pharmacy functions — dispensing, imprest management, inventory control, kit preparation — and you’ll balance teamwork with the ability to work independently and stay on top of competing priorities. Your experience with systems like iPharmacy and your flexibility to work rostered shifts will help you hit the ground running. With a Certificate III or IV in Hospital and Community Pharmacy (Grade 1 or 2), you’ll join a team that values reliability, capability, and genuine passion for quality care. If you’re ready to grow, contribute, and be part of something bigger, we’d love to welcome you aboard.
