Job Description
Our Water Resources team provides multi-disciplinary, integrated delivery of water resources services across all industry sectors, particularly in the areas of flood impact assessment, flood risk management, hydrological and hydraulic modelling, drainage design and water quality.
We’re looking for a Graduate Water Resources Engineer to join our team and work alongside experienced engineers, scientists, and planners on real-world projects from day one.
How you’ll make a difference:

Contribute to a range of projects including flood studies, stormwater management, water quality assessments, and urban water design.

Support the delivery of water sensitive urban design (WSUD), drainage design, and hydraulic modelling for a variety of infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and gain exposure to both local and national initiatives.

Get involved in project coordination, report writing, and client engagement, depending on your interests.

Qualifications

Graduate Attributes: We’re seeking graduates with strong communication and teamwork skills, a proactive and adaptable mindset, and a commitment to professionalism and integrity.

Bachelor’s Degree: You must be in your final year or completed a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or any related discipline. Must have an interest in working with water with electives in flooding, hydraulics or similar.

Graduate Year: You must have completed your studies and have graduated before starting the program.

Commencement: You must be able to commence work by February 2027. We are open to mid-year finishers who are able to commence by July 2027.

Working Rights: You must have full working rights to work in Australia or New Zealand before applying. We do accept candidates with student and graduate visas.
