Full Job Description

Junior Goals is a growing children’s football program based in Perth, focused on introducing young players to the game in a fun, supportive, and structured environment. We specialise in early development, helping children build confidence, coordination, and a love of sport from a young age.

Over the past 14 years, we’ve built a strong community of families and coaches, with a reputation for high-quality sessions and positive experiences both on and off the field.

The Role

We’re seeking a reliable and energetic Head Coach & Admin Coordinator to support both on-field coaching and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging football sessions for young children between the ages of 3 - 11 years of age
Lead and support junior coaches
Assist with scheduling, bookings, and attendance
Respond to parent enquiries and provide great customer service
Support recruitment, training, and general admin tasks

About You

Experience working with children (coaching, teaching or similar)
Confident, organised, and proactive
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage both coaching and admin tasks
Reliable and able to take initiative

Requirements

Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
First Aid (preferred)
Football/coaching experience
