Residential Care - Registered Nurse

Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract, possibility of converting to permanent role

Shift Pattern: Must be available seven days a week (Monday–Sunday) with flexibility to work morning, afternoon, and night shifts.

About You:
We are excited to hear from you about this role! We are looking out for:

A minimum of 12 months post graduate experience as a practicing clinician in either a hospital or Aged Care setting.

Full AHPRA accreditation with unconditional provisions.

Your demonstrated compassion, empathy and advocacy. Our teams have a passion for what they do and the impact they make to our residents and their families.

Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to ensure the best possible resident experience, teamwork and standard of care.

Your ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making skills.

Strong attention to detail, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and optimizing funding outcomes.

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role.
