Client Experience Manager (CEM)

High-Income Opportunity for a High-Performance Sales Professional

We are looking for a high-performing, conversion-focused Client Experience Manager who thrives on results and wants to be financially rewarded for exceptional performance.

You’ll be speaking with warm inbound patient enquiries from people actively seeking treatment, guiding them through the decision-making process and helping them move confidently toward treatment acceptance.

For the right person, this role offers:

You will work closely with the owner in a highly accountable, KPI-driven environment where speed, follow-up, organisation, and conversion ability are highly valued.

This is a high-activity role and will suit someone comfortable handling 75-100+ calls per day across inbound enquiries, outbound follow-up, treatment conversion, recalls, and reactivation.

Success in this role comes from:

* Responding to enquiries extremely quickly

* Building trust and urgency without sounding pushy

* Following up consistently and persistently

* Handling objections confidently

* Staying highly organised under pressure

* Taking ownership of your numbers and outcomes

Dental experience is not essential. Strong sales ability, communication skills, resilience, and a results-driven mindset are far more important.

## About the Role

We are looking for someone who is:

## Day-to-Day Responsibilities

* Optimise patient conversion and retention

* Respond to all enquiries within a maximum of 5 minutes

* Proactively follow up pending consultations and unscheduled treatment

* Reactivate dormant patients and incomplete treatment cases

* Encourage timely decision-making and explain urgency where treatment delays may increase complexity and cost

* Explain available payment plan options

* Efficiently manage high enquiry volumes and complete 75-100+ calls per day

* Work closely with the owner to ensure booking targets and KPIs are achieved

* Handle objections related to anxiety, timing, uncertainty, and finances

* Welcome patients and create a premium patient experience

* Build strong rapport and trust with prospective patients

* Reduce no-shows through reminders, preparation, and patient engagement

* Conduct post-treatment follow-up calls to monitor recovery and patient satisfaction

* Encourage patient reviews and referrals

* Maintain recall and long-term maintenance programs

* Maintain CRM dashboards and accurate records for enquiries, consultations, bookings, treatment conversion, and follow-up activity

* Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and patient communication initiatives

Pay: $105,000.00 – $170,000.00 per year
