Welcome to Moorebank
Located in Moorebank NSW, Moorebank Regional Distribution Centre (MoRDC) is the latest distribution centre recently added to the Primary Connect Network.
This 34,600 sqm fully-automated facility features robotic palletisers, and the innovative air bridge connecting the MoNDC and MoRDC - together servicing over 1000 supermarkets nationwide with more than 12,000 product lines.

What you’ll do
-
Ensure the flow of products and orders through the facility is carried out according to the operational plan, so that store orders are marshalled on time and meeting dispatch windows.

Identify areas for improvement, processes enhancement and optimisation.

With support and training, become a subject matter expert and super-user of the automation control systems
-
Identify system performance trends, unplanned faults and/or performance or functional deviations and plan, initiate and coordinate appropriate response and recovery actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintain data integrity within the IT systems to ensure quality of information
What you’ll bring
-
Proven experience in an operations role, preferably in a fast-paced distribution centre or order fulfilment environment.

Proven experience in a role encompassing planning, process control or workflow control with a well developed capability to measure and monitor processes and process data/dashboards.

A strong sense of curiosity and an analytical approach to troubleshooting and resolving complex problems
-
A deep understanding of safety protocols and risk management, with a commitment to ensuring that safety is embedded in all aspects of operations.

A track record of driving continuous improvement and delivering results in a complex, matrix environment.

Exposure to SCADA systems would also be highly regarded

Availability to work Friday - Tuesday either 12:45pm to 9:15pm or 8:45pm - 5:15am
