Macarthur Automotive is looking for a driven Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join our high-performing Campbelltown dealership operation.
This is a genuine F&I opportunity with scale. You will work across a strong franchise portfolio, including Nissan, LDV, MG and Mazda, supported by a large and thriving pre-owned vehicle business.
For the right Business Manager, this means variety, volume and genuine earning potential across new and pre-owned vehicles. You will work closely with sales teams, customers, lenders and insurance partners to deliver a seamless customer experience while driving strong finance and insurance performance across the business.

About the role
As our Finance & Insurance Business Manager, you will take ownership of F&I performance across Macarthur Automotive’s multi-brand dealership operation in Campbelltown.
You will manage the full finance and insurance process, from customer introduction through to application, approval, documentation and settlement.
You will identify customer needs, present suitable finance and insurance options, and work with our lender and insurance partners to deliver compliant, professional and profitable outcomes.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys pace, variety and opportunity. With Nissan, LDV, MG, Mazda and a strong pre-owned operation, you will work with a wide customer base and a broad mix of finance scenarios.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Finance & Insurance transactions from application through to settlement
- Achieve and exceed finance, insurance and income targets
- Support sales teams across Nissan, LDV, MG, Mazda and pre-owned vehicles
- Maximise every customer opportunity through proactive F&I engagement
- Present finance and insurance options clearly, professionally and compliantly
- Build strong relationships with customers, lenders, insurers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow all compliance requirements
- Contribute to a high-performance culture focused on results, teamwork and customer experience
About you
You are a confident and commercially minded Business Manager who knows how to build trust quickly and guide customers through important financial decisions.
You bring strong sales instincts, attention to detail, emotional intelligence and the resilience needed to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven dealership environment.
You will ideally have:
- 1 to 2 years’ experience as an automotive Business Manager or F&I professional
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales, income or finance targets
- Strong understanding of automotive finance and insurance products
- Experience across new and/or pre-owned vehicle finance, highly regarded
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Strong attention to detail and compliance awareness
- Confidence working with lenders, insurers and dealership sales teams
- A proactive, professional and results-focused approach
- The ability to operate effectively across multiple brands and customer segments
