About the role

La Mono' is seeking a talented Charcoal Chicken Cook to join our passionate team in Casula, NSW. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in the daily operations of our popular restaurant, known for its delicious charcoal-grilled chicken and vibrant Mediterranean atmosphere.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking a variety of charcoal-grilled chicken dishes to our high standards
Ensuring consistency and quality in all menu items
Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment
Collaborating with the kitchen team to optimise workflow and production
Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
Providing excellent customer service and responding to queries

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Charcoal Chicken Cook or similar role within the hospitality industry
Strong working knowledge of charcoal grilling techniques and equipment
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A passion for Mediterranean cuisine and creating memorable dining experiences
A valid food handling certificate and NSW RSA
