Please Note:
The weekly attendance payment referenced for this role is available exclusively to full‑time employees and is subject to strict eligibility criteria. Eligibility requires the employee to:
Attend all contracted and rostered shifts in accordance with a standard 38‑hour work week; and
Complete four (4) consecutive weeks of employment without any occurrence of unplanned leave, regardless of reason.
Provided these conditions are fully satisfied, the eligible weekly attendance payment of $96.15 will be processed and paid as part of the employee’s pay cycle in the fifth (5th) week of employment.
Qualifications
What You Need:
Previous experience in the transport industry or previous truck driving (desirable)
Current licensed HR Driver who has some MR/LR driving experience
Current Forklift License and experience (desirable)
Ability to pass a pre-employment Medical, including a drug and alcohol screen
Ability to complete a Criminal History Check (upon successful interview stage)
A professional mindset with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to meeting goals
Ability to work consistently with a focus on producing high-quality, detailed work based on established guidelines, standards, and procedures
Comfortable in a stable environment, working with repetitive routines and well-defined processes
Ability to collaborate with peers and management to ensure efficient, error-free work
