What you'll be doing

This is a full time opportunity to join our Cairns store. Working as a Lead Warehouse Storeperson at a small warehouse at the store, you must be someone who is solution-focused, can manage a team, be comfortable with coaching and feedback, and is results-driven. Your responsibilities will include:

Lead daily warehouse operations
Team guidance & support
Manual shifting, lifting, receiving, dispatching and storing stock within the warehouse
Receipting of stock
Assisting customers when dispatching stock
General housekeeping duties
Assembly of products
Stock and inventory management

You will have a strong desire to learn and to make a difference; a positive and proactive attitude; effective communication and intermediate computer skills, as well as an awareness of WH&S standards. You must also be available for weekend, public holiday and late night shifts.
