Job Description
As an Assistant in Nursing and Administration, you are responsible for delivering high-quality admin and operational support to Specialist Doctors, ensuring the smooth functioning of the team. You will be the first point of contact for patients and their families, offering accurate and timely assistance throughout their care.
About You:
To excel in this role, you will be an enthusiastic individual with a strong desire to assist the Specialist Doctors with their clinical requirements, efficient administrative superstar, with a passion for customer service, and a preference for working in a fast-paced environment.
You will also bring:

Assistant in Nursing Qualification (AIN or EN) to support specialist doctors during minor consult procedures.

Knowledge of clinical aspects and Sterility protocols

Demonstrated ability to deal courteously with people by telephone and in person.

Exceptional computer skills and general clerical experience
-
Strong customer service and communication skills
-
Ability to work in a team orientated environment.

Demonstrated ability to function calmly under pressure.

Understanding of and commitment to principles of confidentiality

Exceptional attention to detail & efficient computer skills.

Ability to use various computer applications

Reliable and trustworthy with a can-do attitude.

Ability to share a rotation of shifts EARLY & LATE (Range between 0730 and 1730 to 1800 on occasion)
