The day-to-day:
This is a phone-based role, and the rhythm is simple: you'll work warm inbound enquiries from homeowners who've already raised their hand, plus generate your own opportunities from a list. Every call is a chance to build trust, answer questions, and lock in a qualified consultation.
And here's the kicker — hours are 12pm to 5pm. Mornings are yours. Surf at first light, hit the gym, grab a long breakfast — then come in and go to work. It's the Byron Bay lifestyle done right: real earning potential without giving up the reason you live here.
What this role takes:
This is a high-performance role — daily targets, regular coaching, and a team that holds a high bar. The opportunity is real, but so is the effort. What you'll do:
- Complete onboarding training on product knowledge and our proven qualifying process
- Learn from top performers and real call/conversation examples
- Work warm inbound enquiries and generate your own opportunities from a list
- Handle objections and book qualified consultations that show up
- Guide homeowners through an unfamiliar decision with patience and confidence — this isn't hard-sell, it's trust-building
- Hit daily activity and booking targets
- Feed lead-quality insights back to your team lead so the whole team gets sharper
- Log every interaction accurately in the CRM
Who we are looking for:
- People with a good attitude toward the daily work — steady effort beats a one-off highlight week every time
- Someone comfortable with the fundamentals: logging leads properly, following up on time, doing the reps
- Big communicators who also know how to listen
- Comfortable having real conversations with real people about a decision that matters to them
- Self-motivated and disciplined — we'll support you, but you own your numbers
- Phone or face-to-face sales experience is a bonus (energy, insurance, telco, hospitality, retail) — but raw drive counts for a lot
- Monday–Friday availability
