About the Role
At Anglicare Southern Queensland , our Allied Health team plays a vital role in supporting people to live well in their communities. As an Allied Health Lead – Advanced Practice , you will deliver high-quality, person-centred services while contributing to a collaborative and forward-thinking Allied Health program.
This is a senior clinical role suited to an experienced practitioner who brings both depth and breadth of expertise. You’ll provide advanced clinical leadership, support best-practice service delivery, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful outcomes for clients.
This full-time position is based in the Caboolture region, supporting clients across the local community.
About You
You are an experienced and confident clinician who thrives in a community setting and enjoys working both autonomously and as part of a team. You bring a thoughtful, solutions-focused approach to complex situations and are passionate about delivering high-quality care.
You will demonstrate:
- Advanced clinical expertise within your area of practice, ideally in a community-based setting
- Strong clinical judgement and the ability to manage complex or non-routine cases independently
- A collaborative mindset, with experience working in multidisciplinary teams and engaging diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence, and negotiate effectively
- Well-developed organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant Allied Health discipline
- Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency or other relevant professional body
- Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in your area of practice
- Evidence of continued professional development beyond your initial qualification
- Current, unrestricted Queensland Driver Licence

- Postgraduate qualifications relevant to your discipline
