Job Description
We're looking for a casual Customer Service Clerk to join our team in Joondalup, Australia. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly and professional support across multiple channels. You will handle customer inquiries, process transactions, and maintain detailed records while ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and genuinely committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy

Process customer orders, transactions, and account requests accurately and efficiently

Maintain and update customer records and documentation in compliance with company procedures

Resolve customer complaints and concerns by analyzing issues and implementing appropriate solutions

Provide accurate information about products and services to customers

Coordinate with other departments to address complex customer issues and ensure timely resolution

Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and account management

Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining a customer-focused approach
