Purpose of the Role

You will be engaging with our customers to deliver a high-quality customer experience, managing towing and assistance requests calls, managing cases from end-to-end.

Position Accountabilities

Focusing on first-call resolution, manage incoming calls from end-to-end
Work collaboratively with the team, actively contributing to the team in a positive & engaging way
Build highly effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Comply with all industry specific Acts, Codes and Regulations, as well as all company policies & procedures.

Knowledge and Experience:

A passion or interest in motor vehicles
Experience in a customer focused role with a genuine care for helping people
Highly developed communication skills, adaptable, able to multitask and prioritise workload in a busy environment
Ability to work in a call centre environment
Demonstrated experience in identifying customer’s needs, clarifying information, and actioning suitable outcomes
Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships & collaborate with others.
