Job Description

Richmond Fine Dentistry is seeking a warm, motivated and clinically confident Oral Health Therapist to join our growing team on a part-time basis: Thursdays and Fridays.

Located in the heart of Richmond, our modern practice is known for delivering personalised dental care in a calm and welcoming environment. We proudly care for patients across Melbourne’s inner suburbs and are passionate about creating positive dental experiences built on trust, comfort and long-term oral health.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly supportive oral health team alongside a strong lead dentist in a beautifully designed, environmentally conscious clinic.

About the Role:

We are looking for an OHT who enjoys practising across their full scope, preferably with adult scope care, and who is passionate about prevention, education and patient relationships.

Responsibilities include:

Comprehensive oral health assessments
Preventive and restorative treatment
Adult scope care
Paediatric dentistry
Periodontal maintenance and patient education
Building long-term patient relationships
Working collaboratively within a supportive clinical team

AHPRA registered Oral Health Therapist
Confident working across full scope including adult scope

Private practice experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
