About the role

BMD Constructions is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Proposals Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Chief Estimator, you will play a key role in the preparation and delivery of high-quality EOIs and tender submissions.

In this role, you will coordinate the end-to-end proposals process, working closely with estimators, engineers, project managers and senior stakeholders to deliver compelling, compliant and well-structured submissions. You’ll also support continuous improvement of bid processes and maintain key proposal documentation and systems.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation and submission of EOIs and tenders, ensuring all deadlines are met
Manage the bid programme, including timelines, reviews and team inputs
Act as a key point of contact throughout the tender process
Write, edit and review high-quality submission content
Liaise with internal stakeholders including estimators, engineers, project managers and senior leaders
Engage with internal departments such as marketing, legal and business development
Manage documentation and submission requirements through internal systems
Maintain proposal libraries, CVs, project information and supporting documentation
Support continuous improvement of bid processes and systems
Assist with general proposal and administrative activities as required

About you

Experience in a proposals, bids, submissions or similar coordination role
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
High attention to detail and commitment to quality outputs
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions
Experience working with tender or document management systems (desirable)
Proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
