We’re recruiting for a high-performing fitness club in Elsternwick, looking for a Sales & Assistant Club Manager to lead the front-of-house experience and drive membership growth.
This isn’t a transactional sales environment.

The Role

About You
You bring both energy and intent.

You enjoy working with people and building genuine connections

You’re confident in sales and comfortable asking for the close

You’re motivated by targets, KPIs and achieving results

You take ownership and don’t wait to be told what to do
You’ll ideally have 1–3+ years’ experience in a sales or KPI-driven role, with a proven ability to convert enquiries and work towards targets.
Experience in fitness, retail, hospitality or customer-facing roles is great, but attitude and presence matter more.
