Location: Mittagong, NSW

Medical Administration (Healthcare & Medical)

Permanant Position, minimum 3-4 days per week

Renumeration based on experience (Health Professionals and Support Services Award)

The Role

As receptionist, you will be collaborating closely with the Admin Team on task execution and the day-to-day success of all admin operations. You’ll play a key role in making our patients feel welcome in the clinic, as well as supporting our clinicians and general business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting patients, answering phones
Managing a busy appointment diary
Invoicing and receipting
Managing WorkCover and NDIS cases and ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines (training provided)
Oversee Clinical Exercise Class scheduling (55 classes per week)
Creating and submitting fortnightly rosters for Admin staff and Clinical staff for manager approval
Delegating tasks across admin staff
Overseeing training for admin staff
General business operations troubleshooting and support
General office administration duties

Selection Criteria

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Multitasking and time management abilities
Experience with practice management systems (Nookal or similar preferred) or experience with CRM’s or databases
An understanding ethics and patient confidentiality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in a medical or physiotherapy administration role (desirable)
