Key servicing areas in Northern Brisbane/Sunshine Coast: North Lakes, Caloundra, Morayfield, Beachmere, Mango Hill, Deception Bay, Kallangur, Caboolture, Rothwell and more.
Qualifications & experience
- Must have full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available)
- Current AHPRA Registration and a current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- At least 6-12 months experience in aged care, disability, or hospital settings (preferred)
- A National Police Check (within the last 6-12 months)
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Current Flu Vaccination
- Records of Vaccination / Immunity
- Your own reliable transport
- Ability to represent Good Hope Healthcare to the best of your ability
- Effective communication and great interpersonal skills
- Reliable and able to maintain a safe and high standard of practice
- Compassionate, caring and dedicated to client care
Tasks & responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse/Enrolled Nurse/Assistant Nurse, you will be an integral part of a skilled and dedicated team committed to fostering a welcoming, professional, and supportive environment for residents and clients. Your role will involve a range of responsibilities, including identifying residents' symptoms, administering medications within your professional scope, providing additional support for symptom relief, and working closely with other healthcare professionals to enhance client comfort and assist families in understanding and adapting to their loved ones' needs.
