We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded Regional Manager to lead the next phase of growth for our Fire & Security business in Cairns.
This is a pivotal leadership position with genuine influence over the future direction of the region. You will take ownership of the regional operation, shape its growth strategy and strengthen our presence across Far North Queensland - an evolving market offering significant opportunity to expand customer partnerships, service capability and market reach.

- Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary Fire & Security team to achieve operational and commercial objectives.
- Drive regional growth across service, maintenance, projects and customer solutions.
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and key industry stakeholders.
- Oversee financial performance, including revenue, profitability, forecasting and cost control.
- Ensure the delivery of safe, compliant and high-quality fire protection and security services.
- Champion a customer-first culture, responding proactively to client needs and market opportunities.
- Support workforce planning, capability development and succession within the region.
- Partner with broader business leaders to deliver strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.

You will ideally bring:
- Proven leadership experience in Fire & Security, facilities services, technical services, construction, building services or a related industry.
