About the Role

Lumus Imaging Liverpool is seeking an experienced Sonographer to step into a rewarding training and mentorship role.

This is a unique opportunity for a Sonographer who has a genuine passion for education and professional development. You will play a pivotal role in upskilling our existing sonography team while also guiding and mentoring trainees who are new to the field.

What You'll Be Doing

Delivering hands-on clinical training to sonographers at varying levels of experience
Mentoring and supporting trainees
Identifying skill gaps and developing tailored upskilling programs
Maintaining your own clinical practice to stay at the forefront of the field
Collaborating with site leadership to drive a culture of continuous learning

What You'll Bring

Extensive clinical sonography experience across a broad range of modalities
A genuine passion for teaching, mentoring and developing others
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
ASAR registration
Previous training or education experience highly regarded
