We are currently seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic Gym and Fitness Officer to join our PCYC Redlands Youth Club, to be the first impression of our fitness programs to PCYC clients. If you are hard-working and love all things fitness, then we want you!

Your New Role

You will be a valuable Gym and Fitness Officer who will be responsible for conducting inductions, conduct fitness assessments and supervise the gym floor to ensure equipment is being used safely. Customer service is also an important facet of the position to optimise the satisfaction and retention of members. We’re committed to fostering a supportive, respectful, and positive atmosphere where everyone is welcome. Every interaction with our members is designed to contribute to their sense of belonging and growth. About You

Hold a minimum Certificate III or equivalent AQF qualification in a relevant area of practice
Industry experience in the relevant area of practice preferred with accreditation with Fitness Australia
Demonstrated experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of programs
Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate (or able to obtain)
