About the Role

Duties will include:
- Manage front-of-house duties, including greeting customers, taking orders, and operating the POS
- Coordinate daily store opening prep and customer flow during service
- Assist with stock management, ordering, and product display
- Help maintain cleanliness and ensure a high standard of customer service
We are looking for:
- Previous experience in the food & beverage industry (front-of-house or supervisory experience preferred)
- Good English communication skills, able to interact fluently with customers
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability; suitable for long-term development
- Willingness to learn and grow into a management role
- Strong teamwork spirit; able to work closely with supervisors and team members
Work Schedule:
- Full-time or part-time positions available (part-time must be available at least 3 days/week)
- Compliant with the Award wage system, maximum 38 hours/week
- Store operates within reasonable hours – work-life balance supported
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $26.55 – $34.69 per hour
