The Team & Role
Join a dedicated Community Health and Ambulatory Services team committed to delivering high-quality care and support to the local community. As a Community Health Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of services by providing exceptional customer service, coordinating administrative processes that support the patient journey, and working collaboratively with clinicians, clients, referrers and colleagues. This varied role is ideal for an organised and adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a positive impact on patient experiences.

Skills & Experience Required
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, including a professional phone manner.
Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient computer and keyboard skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
Demonstrated understanding of privacy, confidentiality and professional boundaries.
Ability to manage tasks accurately and efficiently in a busy environment
