We are currently seeking applications for Warehouse Operators to join TrendPac. We are looking for team members who resonate with our RAISE values:

The role reports to the Warehouse Leadership team and is accountable for contributing to the achievement of TrendPac’s delivery targets.
Some of the duties are:

Supply of raw materials and packaging to support production schedules
- Receipt, storage, and movement of raw materials, packaging, bulk and finished goods
- Picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders
- Safe operation of forklifts and materials handling equipment in line with site procedures
- Accurate completion of system transactions using RF scanners / WMS
- Achieving duties with safety, quality, delivery and cost standards in mind
- Maintaining housekeeping and safe, orderly work areas
- Supporting continuous improvement and working collaboratively across shifts and departments
- Day Shift: 6:36am to 3:22pm, Monday to Friday
- Night Shift: 11:50pm to 7:36am, Sunday to Thursday
Additional overtime may be required based on operational requirements.
- Reliable, results‑focused, with a “Can Do” attitude
- Experienced in warehouse operations (FMCG exposure preferred)
- Demonstrate an understanding of Lean / continuous improvement practices
- Hold a High‑Risk Work Licence (Forklift) with hands‑on experience (preferred)
- Competent in computerised systems and barcode scanning
- Able to work collaboratively with internal departments and support functions
- Committed to working safely and consistently demonstrating TrendPac’s RAISE values
